The "Wenzao FLOMO Light Up Dream Bilingual Learning Platform" is Taiwan's first free online bilingual learning platform, created through the collaboration of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages and the FLOMO Education Foundation. It offers learners of all ages high-quality, diverse bilingual online courses and an interactive learning experience. The two leaders of the platform are Professor Chuang Hui-Ling, President of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages, and Mr. Shen Kun-Chao, Chairman of the FLOMO Education Foundation.
Because the platform's courses are suitable for learners ranging from primary and secondary school to university and adults, the content includes children's English learning, general English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, business English, tourism English, and more. Learners can explore the topics and content of the courses in the Course Introduction.
English is the world's foremost international language and the gateway to the world, and we hope to help more people open that door! The platform can help you learn English in a well-rounded way, gaining new international knowledge and global information faster than the average person and thereby boosting your employability. For senior learners, the platform makes learning English easier, so you can enjoy the freedom of traveling the world.
The platform's courses are designed and produced by professional teaching teams from various departments of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages (including both local and foreign teachers and professors), who create suitable learning courses on different topics tailored to different audiences.

The platform's courses are completely free. Learners only need to register as members to receive the courses at no cost.Register Now
The platform currently offers courses across five major areas, including English learning, global issues, technology applications, character education, and life and travel. Courses on more topics will continue to be added—please stay tuned.
Courses are presented in two formats: videos and podcasts. According to your learning needs, you can download course slides or podcast transcripts.
Once you have received a course and begun studying, the back end will display your course-completion progress chart, with a checkmark icon in front of each completed course.
All current courses are pre-recorded, while live courses are being discussed and prepared by the team—please stay tuned!
After completing a course, you can go to the back end under "Learning Center" - "Overview" and select that course to leave a comment and review with your feedback. Our customer service staff will regularly review them and pass them on to the course instructors!
We recommend visiting theBilingual Resources Website established by the Ministry of Education, which contains many bilingual resource links, or visit the bilingual education resource websites of the various city and county authorities.
Apart from materials with a noted copyright source, the platform's courses are jointly owned by Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages and the FLOMO Education Foundation. If you have learning needs, you are welcome to print the materials provided by this platform for personal study use, but they may not be used for commercial purposes or resold.
