Founded in 1997 by FLOMO Group founder Mr. Shen Kun-Chao in memory of his mother, Mrs. Shen Huang Tzu-Hsiu, and her spirit of charity and shared goodness. Embracing the principle of "taken from society, given back to society," the foundation provides grants to disadvantaged students and actively engages in a wide range of charitable activities.
